Watbox AI (watbox.ai), a product of Inno Valley Works, builds AI agents that handle customer calls, WhatsApp, and SMS for businesses, working as a support agent, receptionist, or outbound sales caller. As our Growth Marketer, you'll run the paid and email campaigns that turn interest into qualified demo bookings.

What you'll do

• Plan and run Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns that generate qualified demo bookings
• Build and manage email campaigns, including nurture sequences for new leads
• Test and improve landing pages and the demo-booking flow
• Manage ad budgets and optimize for cost per demo
• Set up conversion tracking and report results by channel
• Work with the SEO/AEO specialist to share keyword and performance data

What we're looking for

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns, preferably for B2B or SaaS
• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and an email tool such as Brevo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar
• Comfort with GA4, conversion tracking, and A/B testing
• Data-driven mindset and good written English
